Prompt Library

A good prompt is one of the easiest ways to get better results. The Prompt Library keeps ready-made prompts and the ones you write, so you can load them into a chat or an agent instead of typing them again.

Open the Prompt Library​

  1. Click … (More) in the left rail, then Library.
  2. Open the Prompts tab.

The header shows how many prompts you have, for example Preset 51 · Custom 0.

Browse preset prompts​

Preset shows the 51 prompts that come with ConsoleX. Narrow them with a category:

  • Content Writing
  • Video Creation
  • Image Generation
  • Audio & Podcast
  • Social Media & Personal Brand
  • Outreach & Sales
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis
  • Landing Page & Product Launch
  • SEO & Growth
  • Startup Mindset & Decision Making

Or search with Search prompt name or content. Each card shows the prompt's title and the start of its text, for example Client Proposal Writing Expert or Newsletter Writing Expert.

Preset prompts end with placeholders in square brackets, such as [industry] or [audience]. Replace them with your own details after you load the prompt.

Create your own prompt​

  1. Click New prompt.
  2. Enter a Title and the Prompt content.
  3. Click Update to save it.

Your prompts appear under Custom.

For example, Alex saves a prompt called "Client update emails" that says: write short, friendly status emails, list what's done and what's still needed from the client, and end with one clear request and a date.

Use a prompt in a chat​

Load a prompt as the chat's system prompt, the instructions the model follows for the whole chat:

  1. In a chat, click Add System Prompt at the top.
  2. In the System Prompt dialog, click Library and choose a prompt.
  3. Edit the text if needed, then click Update.

Click Clear in the same dialog to remove the system prompt.

Use a prompt in an agent or a task​

  • Agent: when you create or edit a custom agent, click Import from prompt library under Instructions. See Create a custom agent.
  • Task: paste the prompt's text into Rules to always follow (the system prompt) in the task wizard or on the task's Config tab. See Create a task from a template.
