Scheduled Chat
What is Scheduled Chat?
Scheduled chat allows you to set specific time rules for AI to automatically execute preset conversation tasks. This feature is particularly suitable for AI conversation scenarios that need to be executed regularly and are highly repetitive.
Use Case Examples
- Daily Market Analysis
- Automatically generate market analysis reports every morning
- Regular Content Creation
- Automatically generate weekly reports every Monday
- Automated Data Monitoring
- Get weather information at scheduled times daily
How to Start a Scheduled Chat
Create a New Blank Conversation
- In the ConsoleX AI main interface, click the dropdown arrow next to the create conversation icon in the top left corner to find the "New Scheduled Chat" operation entry.
- In the popup "Schedule Chat" window, fill in the following content:
- Enter the instruction you want AI to execute on schedule, for example "What's the weather like in Beijing now?"
- You can choose whether the conversation target is a language model or an AI agent.
- If needed, you can add candidate tools and upload files.
- Select the scheduling frequency (such as Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly, or non-repeating one-time conversations, etc.), and set the specific time through the time selector.
- Click "Edit" or "Save" to complete the setup.
Example:
- Instruction: What's the weather like in London now?
- Tool: Get current weather
- Frequency: Daily at 23:30
