Master Plan
With the Master Plan, you no longer need to worry about credit consumption! Master Plan users can use any essential models and tools/MCP without consuming credits! When using premium models and tools/MCP, if the call frequency does not exceed the rate limits, no credits are consumed either! This can meet the needs of most of your scenarios.
If you are a heavy Agentic AI user, you can also enable pay-as-you-go for seamless connection. Additional calls exceeding the plan's rate limits will be billed based on consumed credits, ensuring continuity of your usage.

Billing and Usage Rules
- Using essential models and tools: Completely free, no credit consumption, no call rate restrictions
- Using premium models and tools: Free within call rate limits, no credit consumption
- When exceeding call rate limits:
- If pay-as-you-go is enabled: Can continue using by consuming credits
- If pay-as-you-go is not enabled: Must wait for call frequency limit reset
- Call frequency limit: 50 standard calls every 3 hours
- Different model and tool multipliers: For example, Claude Sonnet 4 = 1 standard call, Claude Opus 4 = 5 standard calls
Call Rate and Multiplier Explanation
Standard Call Concept
The Master Plan uses "standard calls" as a unit of measurement to manage the usage frequency of premium models and tools. Different models and tools are assigned different multipliers based on their computational costs, which are ultimately converted to standard call counts for calculation.
Call rate limits
- Frequency limit: Currently 50 standard calls every 3 hours (We reserve the right to adjust the call frequency limit based on system load and user needs, and will notify users in advance of any adjustments)
- Reset cycle: Count resets every 3 hours
- Scope: Only applies to premium models and tools; essential models and tools are not restricted
Multiplier Calculation Rules
Examples of multipliers for different models and tools:
Model/Tool Type | Multiplier | Description |
---|---|---|
Claude Sonnet 4 | 1 | Each call = 1 standard call |
Claude Opus 4 | 5 | Each call = 5 standard calls |
Bind web search | 1 | Each call = 1 standard call |
Essential models/tools | 0 | Does not consume standard calls |
Calculation in Agentic Tasks
In an Agentic task, the system may need to make multiple model/tool calls to complete complex instructions. Each independent call will be converted to standard call counts according to its corresponding multiplier and accumulated into the total frequency limit.
Here are some specific situation examples:
Situation | Expected Result: Included in Plan? | Expected Result: Consumes Credits? | Expected Result: MP Standard Calls Consumed |
---|---|---|---|
Using essential models/tools | Yes (not subject to call rate limits) | No | 0 |
Using premium models/tools, within call rate limits | Yes | No | Yes (converted to standard calls by multiplier, e.g. Claude Sonnet 4=1, Claude Opus 4=5) |
Using premium models/tools, exceeding call rate limits, with pay-as-you-go enabled | Yes | Yes | 0 (paid through credits) |
Using premium models/tools, exceeding call rate limits, with pay-as-you-go enabled but credits exhausted | Yes (but cannot pay-as-you-go due to insufficient credits) | No (cannot call) | 0 (cannot call) |
Using auto-select model, within call rate limits | Yes (routed to premium models) | No | Yes (calculated with multiplier of 1) |
Using auto-select model, exceeding call rate limits, with pay-as-you-go enabled | Yes (routed to premium models) | Yes | 0 (paid through credits) |
Using auto-select model, exceeding call rate limits, without pay-as-you-go enabled | Yes (routed to essential models) | No | 0 |
Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: What happens if Master Plan users exceed the call rate limits?
A: If Master Plan users exceed the call rate limits, they can continue using premium tools and models by enabling pay-as-you-go:
If pay-as-you-go is enabled, users can continue calling premium tools and models by consuming credits. If they choose not to enable pay-as-you-go, users need to wait for the call frequency limit to reset before continuing to use premium models and tools.
Q2: What are ConsoleX AI's call rate limits? How are multipliers for different models and tools calculated?
A: The current call frequency limit is 50 standard calls every 3 hours. Different models and tools apply different multipliers based on their usage costs. For example, each call to Claude Sonnet 4 model counts as one standard call, while each call to Claude Opus 4 model requires multiplying by 5, equivalent to consuming 5 standard calls. We reserve the right to adjust call rate limits based on circumstances.
Q3: How are multiple calls in an Agentic task calculated?
A: In an Agentic task, to complete a complex instruction, the system may automatically make multiple independent calls. Each model/tool call will be converted to standard calls based on multipliers for calculation.
Q4: When using "auto-select model", how does the system choose models for Master Plan users? What's the relationship with call rate limits?
A: When using auto-select model, the system comprehensively considers the user's subscription plan and current call frequency limit status to automatically schedule and select models.
- If call rate limits are not exceeded, or if limits are exceeded but pay-as-you-go is enabled, the system will normally allocate models based on task complexity. For example, for complex tasks, the system might automatically apply premium models like Gemini-2.5-pro or o4-mini.
- If call rate limits are exceeded and pay-as-you-go is not enabled, users can still continue using auto-assigned models, but the system will no longer prioritize premium models for that user.
Q5: When using agent conversations, are built-in model and tool calls also subject to rate limits?
A: Yes, for Master Plan users, when conducting agent conversations, using built-in models and tools in agents also need to follow call frequency limit rules.
